Title: Exceptional Customer Service
I sent in a war torn watch and got back one that was like new. The quality of service was excellent but the more impressive experience was the extremely high level of customer service.
First they send you a shipping box and pay shipping both directions. Next they e-mail you every step of the way. You know what is happening and when you can expect the watch returned. You never wait long on a response to your questions.
This is what customer service is all about. It is a skill lost by many businesses these days. I wish I had more watches to send in because I had such an exceptional experience.
