Dealer where I purchased my Eco Drive sent watch to Citizen Eco Drive service center in Calif. They wanted to charge over $100 to replace cell. I ask them to return watch and I sent it to Stewart. Total cost $59 for Stewart to clean band and replace cell. Quick response and watch is running beautifully. Stewart will get a lot of good recommendations from me.
