Title: Quick turnaround!
My wife cracked the crystal on a very old Citizen watch. Stewart Time walked me through identifying the crystal from the case numbers, verified that they could get a new crystal, and appear to have ordered the crystal immediately on getting my work order, because turnaround was that rapid. They stayed in constant touch by email at every single step of the way. I'm not hoping for watch problems, but if they arise, Stewart Time willl definitely be getting my business in the future.
