Service includes components of Basic Citizen Eco-Drive Watch Repair Service: installation of new genuine Citizen Eco-Drive capacitor, resetting and testing of time, date, chronograph and other functions, oiling and adjustment as needed and ultrasonic band cleaning, one-year no hassle guarantee and free economy shipping both ways (we send you a post-paid box upon purchase).

Standard Citizen Eco-Drive Watch Repair Service also includes replacement of worn band pins and springbars, installation or removal of links (by request), gasket inspection and replacement as needed and water resistance sealing and pressure testing.

*If additional repair is needed, client will be contacted with an estimate for repair and the amount already paid will be credited to a new repair. If the client declines the repair, a refund will be issued less $15 for the shipping and diagnosis.
