This category is a service deposit for any repair not specifically listed in another category. We specialize in Citizen and Seiko watches, but can repair other brands pending availability of parts. Upon receipt of watches in this category, we will examine the watch and provide an estimate for repair. If the repair is approved, the deposit will be applied to the repair and balance will be due upon completion. If the repair is more costly than anticipated and is declined, $15 of this deposit is non-refundable to cover the cost of shipping and diagnosis. On older models and those with hard to find parts, an estimate could take 7-10 business days.
