*Please note that 1) Sometimes when a stem is broken or pulled completely out of the watch, it means there is damage to other components of the watch mechanism. 2) Watches with rusted stems likely have rust throughout the watch mechanism which requires extensive repair. We will notify you with an estimate before doing any work if the damage is beyond the stem and/or crown.
